REALLY NEED HELP child benefits/national insurance?
do brothers and sister have the same child benifit numbers or are they all individual?

I am stuck in a loveless relationship and need to get out.?
Me and my partner have been together for 13 years and we have 2 children. Other than the children we have no relationship to speak of. We have a morgage together and she says if I leave she won't sell the house which is fair enough but there is no way I can afford to rent a flat and pay half the morgage and the child support. I have been to the benefits office and they say I would not be entitled to anything if I split up with her as I earn to much money.
I come out with around £1200 per month. My morgage is £300 (my share of £600) and a cheep flat or house to rent is £475 per month. I beleive I would have to pay at least 20% of my wages for child support thats £240 totaling around £1000 per month. Leaving £200 a month for council tax, electric, gas, etc. and somewhere Ive got to get food out of it aswell.
Does anybody have any answers on what my options are. I know I could stay put but im cracking up.

I have just received my child tax renewal forms and i’ve hit a snag filling them in and need help?
The situation is i'm a single parent my daughter is 17 and still in full time education. i was in receipt of JSA until 20th Oct 07 when i started a 3 year degree course. The problem is I cant get through to student loans company to find out which part of my student finance ie loans and grants are taxable to enable me to claim again. Can anyone shed some light as I cannot get through to the CAB either and another problem has also arisen I've had to defer/suspend my studies for a year as i'm going through treatment for cervical cancer so I have now had to put in a claim for incapacity benefit. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated

Moving to England, need some advice.?
Im moving to England from Ireland in January. I have alot of family there and I was born in London but have been living here in Ireland since I was a child. Im moving with my partner and my 2 yr old daughter. Our jobs are already sorted but what else do I need to know about. Is there forms I need to fill in. How do I claim for child benefit. Who do I tell that we are moving, how do I apply for health cover etc etc. Do I need to sort this out before I go? I am visiting in December to sort out accomodation. Id appreciate anyone that can help. Thanks

All you people who get Child Benefit and don’t will you donate it to someone who does need it need it?
I think this benefit should be stopped for anyone who earns over £25k per year that would save the country a fortune. Currently EVERYONE gets this if they have children even those who are living in stately homes!

will i end up filling out more paper work and need to apply for benefits now government has stuffed tax minimu
now the government has stuffed up this tax change thing, am i going to have to keep filling out forms, and keep phoning some king of benefits office, and join the queues of people that the services are going to get all muddled
the government couldnt even sort out the tax credits for people with children now they seem to be making more problems that will no doubt get into more muddles
what do you think will happen

i need a sure start grant form and a child benefit form but i cant get hold of em. is there any numb i can cal or ne website i can go on so that they can send me these forms via post?
