If I don’t repay an overpayment of Child Benefit as I’ve been asked, and I can’t manage to get the decision changed, are the Child Benefit office able to take the money out of my husband’s benefits – Incapacity Benefit (for himself only), Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit?
