Why can Terrorist stay in England but not my wife?
TERROR SUSPECT CAN STAY IN UK (and his wife and 5 children)
The Home Office has told an Egyptian Al Qaeda suspect belinging to a terrorist group that he can stay in Britain, given leave to remain and entitled to claim benefits. But my Japanese wife was refused and she and my English born son had to go back to Japan.
I fell ill and had to stop working so I couldnt support her and she was not allowed to work on her student visa, and I could only claim sickness benefit if I separated from her. She is such a nice person and was caring for me, yet she is not allowed to stay but a Terrorist and all the Asylum Seekers in my hostel are. Why is this?
Seemed the Solicitors were all foreign and only helping their own kind too.
PS I am English born!
Asylum Seekers are more likely to be housed because they are more vulnerable. I am lucky to get into the hostel.
So now Im being racist? This cuntry is fucked up!

Moving to England, need some advice.?
Im moving to England from Ireland in January. I have alot of family there and I was born in London but have been living here in Ireland since I was a child. Im moving with my partner and my 2 yr old daughter. Our jobs are already sorted but what else do I need to know about. Is there forms I need to fill in. How do I claim for child benefit. Who do I tell that we are moving, how do I apply for health cover etc etc. Do I need to sort this out before I go? I am visiting in December to sort out accomodation. Id appreciate anyone that can help. Thanks

child tax credits in england?
they received the forms on the 26th and i have phoned them today and they have verified my bank details just incase, but what im asking is do they ask you to send off your babies birth certificate? i provided them with my babys child benefit number but they said on the phone that need his birth certificate and when i receive what they k for to send it straight off?i am confused why they need this and how long the claim will take once they have it,they have said there is nothin else wrong with it? sorry for asking just my baby is 9 weeks old now. also i was quoted roughly 60£ a week when i rang for the forms, is this close to what they will pay?xxx

a question to do with child tax credits in england???
i have applied for child tax credits, does any1 have a rough idea of how long they take to come through to your bank account once you have sent off the forms.i sent forms off last thursday but rang and asked for forms on the 10th july and had to wait for my child benefit number before i could send them off.i rang yesterday and they said they had received them,does any1 no how long they take to process?and also my baby is 2months old do they backdate to when he was born or when i rang to apply,he was born on the 27th june but i rang on the 10th july??sorry for detail but i am so confused and want to no when to start checkin my account..end of next week, week after??etc xxx thanx xxx
