and child benefits for me...im 19 year old and a uni student working in holidays

One of you can claim you but not both. Probably worth more to your parents to let them claim you assuming they are still providing the majority of your support while in school. Talk to them about it.

No they cant as you have left full time non advanced education (ie school/college up to “A” Level standard) Sorry
