Is child tax benefits and Welfare the same .?
I don't take welfare but I do get child tax benefits and I work
They are not the same. Everyone who has children no matter how rich or poor they are get this child tax benefit. Think of it as a government incentive to make babies so we don't need to rely so heavily on immigration. Of course everything is always open to abuse.
