If you are earning less that around $16,000 per dependent person in the house for most areas in Texas, you may qualify for HUD housing, WIC food, and Lonestar food. 		<description>You could try AFDC/ aid for dependent children.  They are the ones who pay child support when there is a dead-beat parent who has a court order to pay.  Then the bad parent has to pay the state back or it comes out of their taxes.  I don&#039;t know how it would work with a jailed parent, but it&#039;s worth a try.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
