Kill him. My dog is always hungry. He is a waste of space, could be good dog food though. I have no sympathy for people who don’t obey the rules of this country and then whinge when they are treated correctly for their behavior. Dog food I tell you, I will even pay you. 50p.

He doesn’t care enough for her to marry her?
Tell him to get himself nicked for something minor. The coppers will send him home.

He should go to his country’s embasy…they will help them.
If I were stuck in another country..I’d run to my embassy.

I am afraid your story does not add up under UK immigration law. If he asked to go back it is the policy to repatriate him. Also plane tickets really are not that expensive 1 way.
I don’t say this to be insensitive or cruel. It’s just that it sounds from your tale that what is far more likely the case is:
He is in the country illegally and now he wants to work or the family wants him to work more likely.
He is not wanting to work or is fearing he’ll actually be deported if he is found to be working illegally.
Is that more like it?

if he managed to get here on his own, then why does he need help to leave…?
June 2nd, 2010 - 17:15
Well, he got in through unofficial channels – can’t he leave the same way?

Why doesnt he just go back on his own? Hes here illegally so cant expect the UK to sort it out for him.
And dont pretend he hasnt been earning on the black for the last 8 years….

He is not “in limbo” he is an illegal immigrant, had he been genuinely in fear of his life he would have applied for “political refugee” status. There is no “Home Office” in Liverpool, that is the passport office. Why did your sister have kids with an illegal immigrant, why is she “keeping” him? He has “gone to the police to ask them to return him to his own country”? Truth is my friend he is “persona non grata” who has had a taste of the UK, left a sperm bank and now wants to go home. Had he been genuine, he would have gone through the proper channels, rather than be a waste of space other than impregnating your poor sister. How much is his fare? I will set up a fund raiser, hell, I will even pay for it myself, it has taken him 8yrs to amass enough cash to go home? Has he never heard of cheap “one way” flights? Q. Who are THEY? They (we) owe him nothing!

Yes he can. As long as he has a passport he can use the coach, the boat or the plane.

didnt stop him and your sister from having kids did it. dont you think that was a bit stupid??? the guy is an illegal immigrant for god sake. now hes handed society two children to take care of. what is the matter with you people. do childrens lives and future mean nothing?

Your sister should save hard to pay his return fare to your country, instead of wasting same in keeping him here illegally.
The problem is of their own making and he is always free to pack his bags and return home. I do not think the Home Office will stop him from doing so.

my partner has the same problem. the home office over here in the UK really is a joke! i get soooo angry with these stupid people!

He can save some money and buy a ticket to his country.
He can go to the embassy of his country.
Asking for a free ticket is a bit too much, don’t you think?
