When claiming child benefit, when is the child trust fund voucher supposed to come?

I recently got my child benefit form back to say that I can get child benefit for my 18 week old daughter. But it didn't say anything about the £250 child trust fund voucher, I have set up an account for her, but it will not be active untill I send them the voucher.
I got that letter a week ago. Does anyone know when you hear about the voucher or are supposed to get it?

Thanxs

you should get the voucher this week, i think ours took about two weeks to come, you just reminded me i still need to do my ds account!!

Does Child tax credits and Other benefits take into consideration maintenance payments?

Id Like to know if Child tax credits, Income support, Child benefits take into consideration maintenance when Processing a claim, I have been told No but have since heard diffrent, Can someone Please help me?
Its just child tax credits Not working tax credits I will recieve.
Thanks very Much

Maintenance payments are NOT taken into account for working tax credit or family tax credit. Since 27th October 2008 maintenance is NOT taken in to account for housing benefit or council tax benefit purposes either. It is taken into account for income support purposes, although not the first £20 per week. Think you mean family tax credit - child tax credit was something else and no longer exists.

If you are still in doubt, google entitledto.com and use the tax credit calculator.
